Height and Weight.

Just out of curiosity and boredom, I was just curious to ask what everybody's height and weight are?

I'm 5'11" and I weigh 159lbs (most of my weight is due to my height and muscle, I run)

Between 5.8 and 5.10. At 225 now. ideal weight would be 195. That would give me a bit over 10% body fat. Got a spare tire now i really need to get rid of.

i was around 120lbs 1-2 years ago, no idea what it is now (for some reason when i went to the doctors they didnt tell me my weight..)

5'4 and I weigh 134 pounds. Hoping to cut down though, I'm trying to get down to at least 120. I used to have some pretty gnarly eating habits. First a breakfast of two waffles, then a lunch of a sandwich and a bag of chips and a drink, then sometimes a second lunch, then a after school meal, and finally dinner. I used to eat like a Hobbit.

When I was younger I used to say I wanted to be 6ft one day and now I am exactly : P

Dunno my weight, I'm a big guy but not fat, maybe like 12-13 stone? o.o

Those are pretty good stats Jackie. I'm 135, (9.6 stone) and 5'4, but despite being in the 80th percentile, I'm still skinny fat. It's not really recommended given I'm a teenage boy, but I'm half tempted to try to cut for a few weeks or a month to try to cut back my body fat% a bit, to lose the moons, gut, and hips. Also because it'll increase my muscle tone. Here's to hoping I at least reach 5'11, my dad's height.

Muscle is denser than fat. If you have been working out, you have probably been building up more muscle, whether you notice it or not.

Looks like I'm right about average here. 5'11, 194 lbs.

6' 2" and 170 lbs. I may have gender dysphoria, but this is a good body to have.

I'm up to almost 5'6 now, and am around 136 same weight. Still need to work off the skinny fat . Though I am pretty healthy, I just want to be ripped. Maybe senior year I'll take weightlifting, my school has tons of weights and equipment.
