Califur is now cancelled for 2018: https://califur.com/califur-3/ (WARNING: The site link is red text on black bg, not the best choice imho!)

Refunds may or may not be available for attendees.  :o  >:(

Hoping it will return in 2019, if not then better cons will come along! A real shame.  :(
