Should the polling booth be broadened?
« on: November 30, 2005, 10:09:48 pm »
Edit - My final suggestion on the sort of forum it would become is polls, oppinions and feedback or something of the likeness.. Feedback broadens it even further. Feedback can be anything if you request it from another individual or individuals.

I was thinking about the polling booth, one of my favorite sections of the forums. The polling booth forum is for collecting oppinionated views or likenesses to the individual (such as eye color) in order to develope a winner. However, a simple suggestion thread would not be of the same nature. There is no real "winner" but it's only to promote the strongest and most agreeable solution or belief. The "winner" isn't chosen in a democratic fashion. I am just suggesting that the polling booth should be modified into polls and suggestions or something of the sort to become more versitile, fun, and well used. This new oppinion and polling forum wouldn't be exactly for just everything. Everyday life affairs could go into general non furry if the poster feels it's unnessesary to place into this new forum. In turn, it would not have life issue suggestions either. I am just trying to suggest something interesting, I am certain it's good enough to be considered but it's up to the bigger guys (Such as none other than WhiteShepherd or Kada-Ru) to make the final consideration. Thanks...

Well... Oppinion threads could be constructively argued on for days and days. After a while, after everyone has cast their vote, a poll could just fade away. Of course, there's always going to be the full out fusses but a good constructive arguement would be worth the few trouble makers who like to turn a discussion into a fight. This would be fun if it goes through.

Respectively, I think the Polling Forum is fine as it is.

And respectfully I think it can be improved, being fine as it is, for even more enjoyment.
