The answer is no, The reasoning is a corporation dose not have an monoply on the use of force. Only the government. For example if a corporation can not hold a gun against my head and force me to trade or not to compete with the corporation, that against the law I could sue or have the corporation prosecuted for racketeering.
There is one wrinkle Crony capitalism, where the the corporation tries to seek a favorable situation from government for example  a monopoly, but more often then government seek favors from a corporation by the use of force, pay a bribe or else. Either way way government has the ultimate force.

Sure.  If I'm not mistaken I think we mostly agree on this, but are approaching basically the same thing from different angles.
