Yeah, there's room for improvement but it works well enough, and at least is standardized (unlike helvetica it seems)

Yus. I like Arial for a basic font. When I was calling it out, I really meant for graphic design reasons. While not completed related to the topic, we're still dealing with websites. Just like certain fonts on your website can make you look professional or not, fonts used elsewhere have the same effect. Especially if it's a brand name. If SEGA were written with one of the default fonts..it'd be wrong. X3

I'm not too fussy about whether the font is serifed or otherwise as long as it is monospace and doesn't look childish. Typically I just use Courier New for everything.
