New instrument+Yamaha amp clip
« on: November 08, 2013, 04:04:30 am »
1) Don´t know how many of you like/play bass, but here is my new one, arrived yesterday,I´m absolutly loving it so far, enough tone variation to keep me happy for years to come, from fat to bright...the 4-way rotary knob covers it all. Then again, all I had before was a 90 bucks bass that couldn´t hold correct intonation for all tea in China. Learning to play all over again now, since this one has a B string, which I have never had before. (:

Fender Modern Player V Jazz Bass
And once again, since I´m into photography too, here´s a pic of it sitting in a Postal Monkey case(FURRY leopard!!! with red fur interior)
I think its rather attractive ;)

2) Also, here´s a quick guitar clip of the Yamaha THR10C mini amp running a Burns Steer: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9PaBwC5LbhM Big sound for such a tiny amp, love it to death.

As alway, comments are über welcome on either topic.

Congrats!!! Having a good instrument makes all the difference in the world. Looking forward to hearing some pop and slap! Totally cool.

Save the cheep bass. Be a good one to practice redressing frets or finish repairs in the future.
It's been said that rats can gain access to your home by climbing up threw your toilet. I prefer to use the front door.
