I've been reading up on the stuff posted up about the game, it looks like a great RPG.  I'm an Avid RPer and try to get as much in as possible

Is it cool to create a character? I've read the rules, but are there any set like...attributes list and stuff?

Sure, you can create a char. You can do what ever, there aren't any set stuff, It is all freeform. Do what ever you'd like. Make it silly, make it serious. Its'up to ya. ^_^

I'm pretty sure there's no set guideline on how you should design your character.  I think most of us just followed a similar format so it would be easier.

Basically, the only rule I know of is that your character can't be superhuman or anything that would make for heavy God-RPing.  Other than that, go wild.
