Long story short: I know NOTHING about ftp, html, etc. I looked at some of the other posts, but I don't understand any of it! Right now I'm just trying to put in a header. Please help!

Then a forum is probably the worst place to ask for help.  If you're having trouble understanding what we're talking about here, a better place to look would be a good Tutorial or two.

Also if your local library has a copy of The Complete Idiot's Guide to Creating a Web Page (fourth edition or newer) I would recommend possibly using that as a starting point.

Good advice on both counts, also its best to learn making basic pages by hand before going on to using tools for website creation ... that way you know where to start when it comes to fixing your own problems!

For all those out there wanting to learn HTML coding, don't be freightened of it.  Think of it as a new language and you want to learn it.  After you get the basics you will realize how easy it actually is to learn. '<img'>
