Theo fumbled around with the many keys for a long time before it opened. Mostly just useless stacks of paper money. However the former occupant did have something worth taking in there.
Items:
Canned Tuna x2
A rumbling noise was heard from down the road. Was it a group of zed? The owner or occupant? Maybe Theo should take the tuna and food he left in the office and huff it out of there...

This crate certainly didn't fail to deliver. Obviously a surplus from the gun store, many assorted boxes of ammo.

Box of .45 ammo x5
Box of .38 ammo x2
Box of .22 ammo x3
Box of 5.56 ammo x4
Box of 7.62 ammo x2
Box of .50 ammo x1

Noises were heard from outside, obviously zeds were starting to gather. What was most important to Elizabeth? Food and survival gear? Parts and components? Ammunition? Might be time to take all of it...might not.

The deer nodded as Edgar looked above him. "Thanks man, name's Mordechai if you wanted to know. And I appreciate it, got a lot of people to care for back home." he looked down at a scrap of paper with a list jotted on it "My sister was an EMT before all this. Got her, her girlfriend, two younger sisters, mom and dad, my grandpa, my aunt, our neighbor and her husband and niece. Believe it or not we're holding out okay."
As Edgar looked on the shelf above the medicine locker, he saw very little had been taken. Good amount of medicine and even a little gear.
Items:
Anti-viral meds x3
Anti-bacterial meds x3
Herbal medicine x2
High-strength painkillers x2
Asthma inhaler x3
Perscription cough syrup x2
Defib unit x1

"Well best of luck to you...we'll all need it." Blades simply drove off after that. "Oh yeah...now to find Faye." He was headed to the silver scissors hair shop where Faye lived and worked.
As Casey examined Faye, she saw she wasn't out cold but was pretty out of sorts and barely conscious and her pulse was rather weak. She wasn't running any fever but was a little clammy indicating she wasn't exactly well. She groaned a little from the terrible pain in her head.
