Movian:
Sorry Just saw your other questions Jade Sinapu!!

Hearing should be fine, it should fit similar to this https://i.etsystatic.com/15310522/r/il/d2e335/1967891352/il_794xN.1967891352_owln.jpg
So my ears/back of my head will be just covered by a cowl that I have yet to make but should keep hearing viable.

As for the eyes, 1.5" Acryclic follow me eyes.

here is the art work - https://i.etsystatic.com/icm/2cdc47/240340390/icm_fullxfull.240340390_rtgec6emb9c04ssoo0ok.jpg?version=0

The print had the sockets recessed to accommodate these. I will have black fabric in the large Duct area of the eyes for me to see through...

My vision won't be great but will see how it goes.

This is how this artists eyes look in a head https://i.etsystatic.com/9762772/r/il/37ebce/2043768881/il_794xN.2043768881_nmwj.jpg

Jade Sinapu:
 Thanks for the explanation

Also ordered some test fur to see if it will work for the mane.

also ordered a balaclava to go underneath

~edit~

Head has arrived! looks like I will have a fair bit of work with primer and sanding to smooth out the print lines.

There is also a largish seam near the back I will need to fill and sand to get to look right.

Other than that it's great!!!!

The Fur also turned up and looks like it will work great for the mane.

Now I just have to get the cowl portion figured out, put together get all the painting, sanding, gluing etc done and I should have a nice looking head ^_^

Movian:
Ok ready for prep.

there is a large seem near the back of the piece that goes all the way round, aparently this is typical in a 3d print.

I will be filling the seem a little better and then sanding down, I will then spray with Automotive primer (grey) sand,  then repeat these two steps another time most likely.

This should give me a smooth surface and prime the piece ready for painting.

I will also need to pad the inside, in addition the vision currently is terrible, when the eyes get here I will see how much plastic I can remove from around the eye area to improve that.

The eyes look amazing!!!

definitely need to bring them forward a bit, and trim in the inner edge off to imrpove vision

http://prntscr.com/rdvc3b

http://prntscr.com/rdvcpj

I will post more pics after the prep is done and before painting.

Movian:
First coat of primer applied

http://prntscr.com/rerfgg

And about 1.5 hours hand sanding...

http://prntscr.com/rerg1n

http://prntscr.com/rergot

May need to pick up a small electric sander as not sure my arm is up to the task of finishing this manually 0_o

Saturday my small butane torch turns up which will allow me to fix the seams and sharp edges inside the head itself so my head doesn't get torn up.

But will need to do a bit more sanding, then prime again and sand again,  then a third and final prime before painting.
