Ikonboard - Time For An Update

Just a little notice: Furtopia is currently using Ikonboard v.3.1.1, according to the bottom of the page. The latest Ikonboard build out is v.3.1.5. Ikonboard 3.1.1 has a few security flaws that are patched by 3.1.5, and im assuming upgrading to 3.1.5 will add a few new featuresets that will contribute to the furtopia experience.

Kudos to Paw-Fox for originally pointing this out.

This board's been patched long ago with the recommended security patches. The reason why we don't bother having the up-to-date-right-this-minute version is that it's a pain in the rear to keep up with them. Why? Because I've done a lot of work to customise this board to this site's needs, and doing the upgrades will mess up those modifications. It's not all that worthwhile to upgrade to each new version of the forums.
