"Best" camera settings for taking fur suit photos?

(1/1)

Jade Sinapu:
Are there any specific suggestions for camera settings, assuming that a DSLR type of camera is being used?

For example,
Is a large aperture, natural light, slightly soft focus better than ... f16 aperture, direct flash etc?

I have used lots of natural light, large aperature, fog1 physical filter, ISO 100-200 to reduce pixel noise, and shutter speed of 60 to 320 typically and image stabilizer.

What about perspectives?  Wide angle?

Any info about photos of fursuiters or such would be nice to share.
Thanks.

Rocket T. Coyote:
I'm still trying to convince one of my handlers to use a flash indoors as there have been blurred photos. Like Rocket holding an award plaque.
Also not taking photos with the Sun behind her to avoid deep shadows.
