Quote from: Streak,Jan. 11 2008, 4:25 pmD: this makes me sad now. The group is up in the danville area. I'm more southern in the bay area. like san jose, etc. *does not wanna say where he lives* : PSan Jose (and the SF Bay Area generally) is probably the most active furry center in the entire US! If you're looking for others to hang out with it's hard to imagine a better place.
There are meets going on all the time across the Bay Area. There are monthly meets in San Francisco and Berkeley and weekly meets in Fremont and in San Jose. And probably others elsewhere I'm forgetting.
If you're interested in this stuff, you should consider signing up to the Bay Area Furries mailing list (http://www.fur.com/mailman/listinfo/baf), which is still the most active place for meets and other, one-time activities to be advertised. Only the most common ones (in particular, the weekly San Jose meet at University Chicken) are not advertised because they're so standard now.
Quotewell, i dunno about them, and i dunno where its at >.>Quote from: Streak,Jan. 11 2008, 4:25 pmD: this makes me sad now. The group is up in the danville area.
