I am getting short of vegetarian cooking ideas, and I though maybe someone's got a good one.
So take those cook hats out and get to kitchen!

Are we talking straight vegan, or just no-meat vegetarians (lacto-ovo)?

Recipes that don't involve anything that once moved on it's own,    No problem with eggs, but avoid if able. Milk and cheese ok.

Well, if you skip the bacon, my Loaded Potato Casserole is lacto-vegetarian.
