Title: What to do?

I dont know where to post this so i just posted it here.
Im from Sweden and going to a trip to travle around in USA, California to meet a friend. And i thought i would ask sombody who lives in California what i shouldnt miss on my trip?
So what should i do? Anything special i MOST see or do?
Would be awesome to know little before my trip :3

California is a big state what part are you visiting northern or southern?

im gonna travle alot around the state. So im gonna be little all over the place. I guess im going to most be near LA since its where im gonna meet my friend.

Hmm… Well, there are a few things I can think of that you can do in LA.
Disneyland (http://disneyland.disney.go.com/disneyland/en_US/parks/landing?name=DisneylandParkLandingPage)
Six Flags: Magic Mountain  (http://www.sixflags.com/magicmountain/)
Knots Berry Farm (http://www.knotts.com/)
Universal Studios (http://www.universalstudioshollywood.com/) (I wasn’t very impressed by them though)
Santa Monica Pier (http://www.santamonicapier.org/)

Grauman's Chinese Theatre  (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grauman's_Chinese_Theatre)(fun place to go with all the impersonators and hand prints, but don’t bother with the bus tours)

Long Beach Aquarium of the Pacific (http://www.aquariumofpacific.org/) (I thought this was a really good one)

If you want to go a bit further I know more about San Diego (were I live) than Los Angles.

There are a few things that I can suggest off the top of my head.
The San Diego Zoo (http://www.sandiegozoo.org/) and The Wild Animal Park (http://www.sandiegozoo.org/wap/index.html)
Sea World (http://www.seaworld.com/sandiego/)
Old Town (http://www.oldtownsandiego.org) (although it’s not as good as it used to be)

Also Depending on when you are coming to California there may be some special events going on. You mite want to ask Far Raptor (http://forums.furtopia.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1455) or Heat (http://forums.furtopia.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1360) sense they live in LA.
