I just recently went to the store and picked up a dog bowl for myself. Being related to canines, it seemed apropriate to drink from a dog bowl in the absence of a running stream. Does anyone else do this or am i opening a new can of furry habit?

I already covered this on LiveJournal (although I can't find my reply at the moment). There is no reason this post should bother you at all. I, myself, have drunk from a dog bowl. The main reason I don't is because its too hard with a human-shaped head. Why does it bother you anyways? It doesn't hurt anyone or anything. Is it because it differs from the norm? I've seen you wearing a tail, and you supported me wearing a collar. I don't get it.

You know what be fun, using them as bowls, like you can still pick them up and drink from them, or use a spoon and stuff. (im sure dogs would if they could.) Woah! What if Crate and Barrel sold for-human doggie-bowls one year?

As long as you guys dont' start drinking from toilets I think you'll be fine

I don't drink from a dog bowl as of yet but when I do get thirsty and I'm near a water fountain I lick at the water like a canine would do if it was near a hose that had running water, but if I did have a dog bowl then I would lick water from it.

I think I may be an exception, I can lap up water without much of a problem...
