So I bought my first collar, right?
« on: November 21, 2005, 12:53:14 am »
I was in the mall with my parents and we went to Hot Topic, I was actually looking for a Led Zeppelin shirt, but I saw this awesome collar but I wasn't sure what my parents would think if I bought it.

So I told them I was done looking around and they asked if I saw anything, I said "Yeah, but I doubt you guys would want me to wear it." then my mom said "Well, what is it?" then I said "A collar with spikes." my mom looked kind of suprised but then she said "I wouldn't care if you wore that.". "Would you?" (she's talking to my dad at this point) he says "No." so we go and buy it (at this point I had a big smile on my face ':p').

After we bought it we left and while we were in the car my mom said that my dad use to wear a leather collar when they first met, so maybe my dad is a furry?

So yeah, I have a collar now. '<img'>

(BTW, this happend a few days ago but I never had a chance to post it)

Meh, sometimes it's better when your child is open about their
purchases...rather than sneaking them through their windows.

More likely he was a punk rock fan back in the early '80s.

I doubt it, my dad hates punk music, the only music he really likes are from the 60's and 70's.

What do us tigers wear anyway?
It's not like we're going into a store and buy a box o' stripes.
So what accesories would seem to fit a tiger furry?

This kinda reminds me of when I bought my first tail but ofcouse it was I little more stranger then a collar.
I just got a great idea I need 2 cans of paint a spoon, a yard of string and 3 sticks of gum.

Hmmm...... maybe getting some tags. I would put it on my ear.
But really, I would like any tiger accesories besides my hand-maid tail and ears (which looks great BTW).

My parents would  (freak out)  if I started wearing a collar...

Hmm, a colar seems a littile odd to ware if your fursona is of a wild animal..........  '<img'> Nevertheless, it looks cool, and im shure it looks ausome, though too many poeple would think your a goth or punk (good or bad, depending on what your situation is. It would be bad for me though, my dad dose not like punks/goths  ':p'  ).

Well, anyway, your lucky you have nice and open parents  '<img'>

That is awsome that they were so cool about it. My parents know that I have a collar/ears/tail, but they don't like me wearing it around them '<img'> I can only really wear it when I go out of the house or in my room.

But anyways, congrats on the collar, hope it suits you good '<img'>

I used to have this sweet black furry wristband thing.....until I took it off at a party....never saw it again '' .....so yeah, good idea, never take it off....

I wish I had a collar. I used to wear my dog's collar, until she decided that it was delicious...

My mom loves my collar, of course my mom is an old school punk. My colar is dark purple with a heavy buckle( I hate button collars) and has huge freakin' 5 inch spikes on it. Huzzah.

I used to want a collar, but I got an early Christmas present today that I like better. A german shepherd pendant.
