At my job (Pet-co..) We just got a new item in thats rather cool! You can choose from a black or pink vinyl collar, and personalize it with letters, or charms that are made just for the collar. Mind you these are a tad exspensive, seeing its all real sterling silver and rinestones, but its really worth it. Just think, a special gift for that special someone, that really screams there name....in Rinestones!! (Bwawhaha! I so funny XD)
Just thought I'd mention it, oh and alot of basic nylon collars just went on clerance as well. and we have a new line of Aspen and Big Woof woven tribal collars!

I just looked at those when I bought a few leather collars and a leash a couple of days ago.... (hooray for clearance sales! )

It's a really cool idea, but...

I didn't like 'em... Vinyl ain't my thing - with the shine and all.
And I thought the charms were a bit too expensive. I mean, I'd probably spend $60.00 on letters alone.

I'm suited fine with regular ol' leather and pet-tags...

I agree with this too. I don't have a Pet-Co in my area and plus Pet Smart is on the otherside of the world! '<img'>

(Plus my dear mother watches me like a hawk)
I wouldn't want the Rhinestone thing maybe I cute collar and a metallic name plate. :3

I'd love to get one, myself! Just can't... Parents wouldn't approve at all and I'm trapped at home for another year. I've always thought of getting a normal leather one though. But this sounds like a cool idea, actually. Something different is always good, I say.

I don't think I'm the extreme for this yet lol...I've been kinda wearing my dog's old red collar a little lately XD
Personally though, I tend to make a crude collar out of my hoodie drawstrings, easy to go from "hoodie-mode" to "furry-collar-hoodie-mode" '<img'>

Wouldn't you generate a truckload of static with a vinyl collar?
I'll stick to my red leather collar-and-bell, ta.

That sounds like an interesting idea, but I love my leather collar with name tag, simple and doesnt produce static. =^_^= It's kinda funny that we dont think its weird to wear collars, I wear mine all around my campus, and yeah, I get a few werid looks, especially when I'm running cause I'm late to a class, and they just stare at me cause the collar jingles. Hehehe.
