A Righteouss Pair
« on: April 13, 2010, 06:34:39 pm »
I wrote this one day when I was feeling very down and emotional. There is a lot of meaning in this peom, hidden within the word and interpertations of the words. Here it is:

The Soul is pure and Spirit flows,
Time is true and Chance is fair,
Light and Darkness shall then remain--
'Till Time hath fail A Righteouss Pair.
No purpose, never loved, suffering's pride, the world's mistake,
Death shall be my escape, doom shall be my peace,
Do not remember,
That wich was never meant to be.

I like it. It flows really well.
Curiously enough, the only thing that went through the mind of the bowl of petunias as it fell was Oh no, not again. Many people have speculated that if we knew exactly why the bowl of petunias had thought that we would know a lot more about the nature of the Universe than we do now.

Thanks, I'm not much of a poet, but I do enjoy writing when I'm feeling a particularly strong emotion. It helps calm the mind and still the Soul.
No purpose, never loved, suffering's pride, the world's mistake,
Death shall be my escape, doom shall be my peace,
Do not remember,
That wich was never meant to be.
