Can't view YouTube videos
« on: December 20, 2011, 06:01:49 am »
I suddenly can't view or download any YouTube videos. Instead when I try to play a video I get either an unhelpful error message saying "An error occurred. Please try again later." or an illiterate error message saying "Error 403 (Forbidden)!!1". x_x Does anyone know what's going on? Is anyone else having this problem or does Google just hate me even more than usual?

I have no apparent Youtube issues on my end.  I'm using Shockwave Flash 10.3.183.5, Firefox 3.6.24, and Windows 7 right now.  The problem's probably somewhere on your end.

It looks like Google does hate me. I am able to view videos using a proxy server, so it seems Google is blocking my IP address. I've contacted Google about it in the misplaced hope that they'll actually do something about it. I mean, I can't keep using proxy servers for everything, people might think I'm up to no good...
