Fight Club - From the opening/ending scenes where Ed Norton is strapped to the chair and Tyler has a gun in his mouth. I'll admit, I Googled it, but it was damn familiar.

How about a new one. I'll deviate from my previous cartoon quotes on this one. From one of my all-time favorites:

It's the First Law of Robotics, coined by Isaac Asimov & used in many of his stories & novels, one of which was made into a substandard film.
