Hey there, I'm Miser, and you probably don't know me since I mostly just walk around the IRC and such.
Anyway, I've been drawing some of the Fursonas in the IRC so I figure, why not post them on the forums?
So I'll be using this thread to post some of the stuffs I make, not limited to the IRC if I can. I'll be posting mostly the finished images, but I'm thinking I can sometimes post the progress, or some sort of walkthrough of sorts.

I'm really open for critique, but if all you say is "that looks good", I won't reply just to say thank you, not that I'm not thankfully, but I don't find it necessary to post. Similarly, if you post something like "that looks like crap" I wont bother with a similarly negative reply.

I'm not making commissions/requests at the moment since my goal here is to improve my skills, the pics I made here weren't even requested for the most part, I just felt like doing them ... just because, I guess.

Anyway, I'll begin by dumping all the stuffs I have so far here.

So, for future reference, that one's me ... and I did that before I started the "drawing the IRC" thing.

I use photoshop for the entire process, I have more experience with it than any other alternative. GIMP and SAI look relatively good, but they are too different from photoshop for me to feel comfortable, and just similar enough to feel weird ... but SAI seems to have some interesting features so I may give a whack at it at some point.

I read the rules on this group and I don't recall anything about an image limit, so that's why I crammed as much in there as I had. I'll be more careful next time, thank you :3

Seems I can't make two consecutive posts without being warned in some way by a moderator .... let's hope it doesn't happen this time.

Anyway, I've been developing a new character and I guess it is as good time as any to show some of the concepts I'm making. I have a pretty defined idea of what I want , except for maybe the colours, so any suggestions are greatly appreciated :3

Apart from that I also made this little guy a while back.

It was pretty fun and relatively easy to make, so I guess that if anyone would like one of those for themselves I guess I could make them during the little bits of spare time I have. Since this took me about 30 minutes from opening photoshop till uploading, I can work on these more freely since I have to reserve 2-3 hours if I want to get any work done on an actual full pic.

Nice sketches..

My only input on color would depend on if the character was evil or not.
As we know evil is usually dark and good is light.

It's mostly evil yes, not in a reckless kind of way, more like plotting and deceit I would say ... so just black or shades of grey ( ... don't) is probably a no no.
Guess I'll try some different colour combinations to find one that suits it, still have a lot of stuff to figure out, including some clothing and such.

I approve mightily of the new thing. I'd think neutrally beige with a hint of red/salmon pink/crimson on things, if that's not too close to the pre-existing miser or even white might work on it mayhaps.
It needs to be finished, and I need to see it when it is.

Been a long time without doing anything. Maybe I'm just lazy, or maybe I can't find the motivation, or maybe a little of both. Simple scribbles do not seem worthy to make a new reply for so this is what I've done till now that is worthy (somewhat) of an actual reply.

Something about Auxenon

This one's Otteroo's character.

This you may call some "fan-art" I did for a story I'm reading that Ickyrus' writing. I don't know if you'll get to read it, you may ask him, but beware.

This one was drawn and inked by Locwhich was then colored by me.

This one I did because, and shut up.

I also made a couple of drawings of my character for this RP i'm taking part in, which I can't show cause they're top secret, you should check it out, even if you don't feel like it.

this is some very nice work ^^ im pretty jealous about all this nice art work i see all over the place.... iv been trying to improve but i just don't really have much time to draw (only get to draw at night) and im trying to find a good tablet but there are just so many i have no idea what one to get.

Got a lot of things done but been to lazy to upload them anywhere. Also trying my best to fill out a sketchbook, but I'll upload it all at once at some point, hopefully.

For now we have one for Drake's character, Teldor.

And what may or may not be Syi, which was made fairly quickly, just as a test.

I also got this possum character here

And I am also working on this other character I started some time ago, this time with a much better outcome, since I picked up a few things since the last time I attempted it.

Well, it's been quite a while since I updated this, but I have been drawing indeed, you'll have to trust me on this one.
It's a pain to get things uploaded but lets give it a try then.

I got a nice little drawing toy some time ago, so I am the proud owner of an intuous graphics table, and here are some of the things I did with it.

A bust for Drake

And one for Alexios

I made this one for Auxenon

Other than that I've been trying to get some sorta abstract stuff with vector graphics, which I quite like the way they came out, but since I have limited image space, I'll leave you with the one I think turned out better, depicting Aiolos.

Once more, here we go, apparently it's been over 180 days since someone last replied, but I assure you I have been working in that time .... somewhat .... a bit at least ... mostly just sketches.
Oh well, here's what I've been coming up with lately. I'm working on a new sona, and I've made some ... I guess you can call them chibi drawings. Here they are in no particular order.
