Changing of forum structure, and addition of forums.

After much discussion and voting by Staff, we have elected to make some forum changes as suggested in these threads here:

Members will now find a new "News Forum" located in the General Non-furry Discussion section here:
http://forums.furtopia.org/index.php?board=111.0
Please read the pinned thread in that forum for what the News forum is about and what can be posted in there.

The Community Groups sub-forums such as Foodie Furs, Furry Tech Talk, Anime, and MLP have been removed as "child boards" and are now considered "full forums" to make them easier for viewing, posting, etc., etc.  HOWEVER........these are still classified as sub-forums and will still abide by the community sub-forum guidelines as described here: http://forums.furtopia.org/index.php?topic=42278.0

Also, by special request, Old Rabbit's art sub-forum has been moved and is now a child board of the Sharing & Artistry forum. His art sub-forum is located here: http://forums.furtopia.org/index.php?board=78.0

If any member has any questions about these moves and changes, or notices any technical "glitches" pertaining to these changes when they try to post, etc., then please PM a Admin and we'll look into any problems that need correcting.
